Mikey and Donnie from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles will be wishing shoppers and families Merry Christmas on Saturday 16th December, as they make personal appearances at intervals on St George’s Square.
The heroic brothers will be meeting and greeting fans between 1 – 5pm as part of Luton Business Improvement District’s (BID) festive entertainment to promote the town centre as a great place to shop and be entertained.
Simon Martin, BID director and store manager of Debenhams said: “This event is one of our BID-funded Christmas highlights and will be sure to generate added festive cheer around Luton town centre. We are reminding people that there is a chance to take photos too so not to forget their cameras. It promises to be a special event for families and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles fans.”
The last of the BID’s Christmas events is on Saturday 23rd December – festive carol singing at the BID-funded 30ft tree in St George’s Square from 11am – 1pm.
