Terms and Conditions
Prize Draw Rules:
- Entry to the prize draw is restricted to one entry per person.
- Multiple entries will be disqualified.
- Entrants can be of any age but if under the age of 16 all correspondence must be with parents or legal guardians. Entrants must not work for or be a director of Luton BID to enter.
- Only entry forms which have all fields completed will be entered into the draw.
- Entry can be by one of two methods, either complete the voucher on the back of the guide and hand post it into one of five dedicated Enjoy Luton post boxes, located at The Mall, Galaxy, The Hat Factory, Luton Library, Tokko. Or you may download a voucher from our website lutontowncentre.org/enjoylutonsummerdraw and post it to Luton BID, West Wing Studios Unit 166 The Mall, Luton, LU1 2TL
- Entries must be received by midday Thursday 30th June 2022 in order to be entered into the Prize Draw.
- Winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries on the 1st July 2022.
- There are ten prizes of £100 worth vouchers to be spent in Luton town centre. Each voucher can be split across a maximum of 2 businesses to a value of £50 (totalling £100 per prize win). The business must be a business located in the Luton BID area (see map for boundary of this area on www.lutontowncentre.org/map
- Winners will be contacted via telephone – three attempts to contact the winner will be made over the course of a week – in the event of these attempts being unsuccessful the entry will become void and a new winner will be drawn.
- The winners will be asked to select their choice of Luton town centre businesses to obtain the vouchers for. These will be ratified by Luton BID in accordance with clause 13.
- The vouchers will then be awarded to the winners, which can then be redeemed and spent (the expiry date for your vouchers will be in accordance with the business’ terms and conditions).
- Vouchers cannot be issued in any other currency and cannot be exchanged for money. No change will be given if the full value of the voucher is not spent in one visit at the nominated store(s).
- Vouchers will be issued within 2 weeks of the winners selecting their businesses.
- By accepting the prize, the winner or their representative will be required to have their photograph taken for local press and PR purposes. The photoshoot will take place within the Luton town centre.
- Luton BID are compliant with the Data Protection Act. Our policy is such that we will not pass on your details to any third party without your prior consent.
- The Judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
