The University of Bedfordshire’s Research & Innovation Service are hosting an event where employers can discover the secrets of “How to ‘Recruit, Retain and Develop’ your workforce” – no matter the size of your organisation.
Taking place on Tuesday 4th October 2022 from 3pm – 6pm at the Luton Campus, this event will unlock strategies that will increase the number of quality applicants without hiring an expensive recruitment consultant, show you how you can develop your workforce, so they add more value and grow with your business. Government funding could cover at least 95% of training costs.
Speaker topics will include:
- Solving the skills shortage and enhancing employability opportunities in our region.
- Outline current and future demands for management, healthcare and digital skills.
- Available strategies and funding support for bringing in and retaining vital skills within your organisation.
