An afternoon of drumming, circus acts, music and dance has been organised by Luton town centre Business Improvement District (BID) for this Saturday.
The line-up of live street entertainment, set to include juggling, a 10 strong drumming group, musicians and belly dancing, is the fifth outdoor event organised by the Luton town centre BID and will take place from 12noon to 4pm around St. George’s square and on Market Hill.
The event is part of the BID’s commitment to developing a vibrant town centre which offers visitors and workers an attractive and appealing experience.
Saturday’s line-up, which will be hosted by a professional compere, will include:
- Arjana Dance, an award winning belly dancing troupe
- JP Percussion, a 10-strong drumming Lutonian group who will be entertaining the public with Samba rythms
- Georgia Fowler, an accomplished and well established performer making her Luton debut
- Circus Performer ‘Messy Moss’, which will include juggling and workshops
