11th February 2018: A mouth-watering and delightful showcase of food, drink and handcrafted products will be at Luton town centre’s four-day International Street Market.

St George’s Square will become a lively marketplace from Thursday 22nd to Sunday 25th March, all thanks to Luton Business Improvement District (BID) and partners Marketplace Europe, who are funding and organising the event.

Around twenty five stalls will boast a range of delectable delights and high quality products, including fine Baltic Amber jewellery, dreamcatchers, Spanish tapas, Jamaican cuisine and organic custom clothing and accessories. The event is all part of the BID’s commitment to making the town centre more attractive and appealing for visitors and workers.

Stuart Sadler, Luton BID director and owner of Sadler Hair & Beauty said: “Our upcoming street market will see the town centre streets come alive with stalls selling wonderful products and foods. Making sure people spend longer in our town centre is one of our main objectives as a BID, and we are confident that this event will certainly add to the shopping experience.”

Luton town centre’s International Street Market will take place on St George’s Square on Thursday 22nd to Saturday 24th March, 9am – 6pm, and on Sunday 25 March, 10am – 5pm.
