15th May 2017: Luton town centre Business Improvement District (BID) is delighted to support Luton town centre’s new outdoor summer festival.

Imagine Luton is a celebratory arts event, funded by Arts Council England and Luton Investment Programme, set to take place all over the town centre on 24th and 25th June.

The event will feature local, national and international artists who will bring the streets to life. The line-up so far includes high wire and flying trapeze acts, high energy dance groups, an acrobatic circus and various theatrical performances.

Gavin O’Brien, chair of Luton BID and co-director of town centre based business Clearhead, said, “Imagine Luton is set to be the town centre’s biggest ever outdoor festival and one of the most significant events on the local calendar so we are thrilled to be an official partner.

“Through the BID, our substantial support of events like this help us to continue to promote and improve our town centre, and we are delighted to be able to work closely with organisers to ensure Imagine Luton is as exciting and vibrant as possible. We are expecting thousands of extra visitors flock to Luton town centre to enjoy the occasion and are confident it will be a hugely successful and enjoyable experience that will create an atmosphere of excitement all over the town.”
