The latest acts who will appear at Radio 1’s Big Weekend have been revealed, with Brit Award winner Raye announced as one of the headliners.
Record-breaker Raye, who picked up six of the seven Brit awards she was in the running for, will perform on the main stage on Saturday, May 25 as part of the three-day festival in Stockwood Park.
Also playing on the main stage that day will be Aitch and Rag’n’Bone Man, while Charli XCX will headline the new music stage.
BBC Radio 1 presenter Greg James made the announcement on his breakfast show this morning.
It follows yesterday’s news that Chase & Status, Becky Hill, Rudimental and Ella Henderson will appear at the festival on the Friday.
The Big Weekend will take place from May 24-26. There are 100,000 tickets available, with a portion of those reserved for people from Luton and the surrounding area.
Weekend tickets for 2024 go on sale from 17:00 GMT on Thursday and will cost £29.50, plus a £4.50 booking fee per ticket.
